If one of the products you ordered from Axcom does not work properly, please contact our technical support center. We will answer your technical questions and advise you if it is necessary to return a product.

Fast and convenient delivery

We deliver available products in Germany within 24 hours when we receive the order Monday to Thursday before 2 p.m. For European and worldwide deliveries, we will gladly specify individual delivery times.

Delivery costs for deliveries within Germany for orders:

  • less than €250 and below a weight of 30 kg: €6.50
  • more than €250 and below a weight of 30 kg: free of charge

For orders weighing more than 30 kg or for international delivery, we kindly ask you to contact us so that we can make you an offer.
